Arrow Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Care Partner to join the Pinnacle Groves team in Rogers, AR. You will support residents with daily living activities and companionship, ensuring respectful, person-centered care in a home-like setting.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must read, write, understand and communicate in English.
• Positive and energetic attitude.
• Basic computer skills for printing and data entry.
• Active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling and stooping all day.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to assist residents with ADLs and after a fall.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating and oral care.
