Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in Specialty Pharmacy Operations or similar.
• Familiarity with House Rx platform and EMR systems.
• Clear communicator with customers and team members.
• Organized under pressure with prioritization skills.
• External-facing role experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Triage, prioritize, and resolve incoming support tickets and calls using our platform.
• Communicate empathetically ensuring timely follow-up.
• Categorize feedback to surface themes for product improvements.
• Become a subject matter expert on House Rx workflows to educate users.
