Rockford Health Care Center now under new management invites compassionate RNs to join a supportive clinical team dedicated to resident-centered care. The RN will assess needs, administer medications, monitor vitals, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current unencumbered state license as a Registered Nurse.
• Minimum of 1 year of RN experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals.

Responsabilités

• Assess patients’ health needs and develop care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to staff.
