Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in healthcare.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and support diverse group of patients.
• Empathetic personality with excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first line of communication for new and prospective patients.
• Maintain strong communication with obstetrics patients throughout their care.
• Provide additional support to patients identified as needing higher touch.
