Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Prepare, report, and record medications.
• Conduct vital signs and observe patients' conditions, reporting any changes to the healthcare team.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
• Provide emotional support and empathy to patients and their families.
