Formación

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• At least six months experience in an assisted living community preferred.
• United States Citizenship or evidence of a valid Alien Work Permit.
• Certified as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) in this state.
• Certified as Registered Medication Aide in this state.

Responsabilidades

• Adheres to a philosophy supporting dignity, privacy, independence and individuality of residents.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA privacy compliance in all care activities.
• Complete care documentation timely and accurately in paper/electronic form.
• Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Dispense medications under the direction of a licensed nurse following procedures.
• Observe, report and document residents’ observations and care performed.
