You will work with physicians and nursing supervisors to maintain dispensing equipment and medication inventory, while ensuring accurate documentation and regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes compassionate care for individuals in substance use disorder treatment, with emphasis on safety, documentation, and teamwork in an outpatient setting.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Vermont required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• EMR proficiency preferred.
• Satisfactory drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Administer daily medications to patients per policy and protocols.
• Use automated dispensing systems and maintain dispensing equipment.
• Maintain appropriate records and reports per company protocol and regulations.
• Ensure compliance with security standards for controlled substances storage and distribution.
• Order, receive and stock medications per DEA/state regulations.
• Provide daily patient assessments.
• Assist Nursing Supervisor to orient new staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
