Job summary

Compassion Care Staffing is seeking qualified Caregivers for full-time or part-time hours. The role focuses on delivering routine daily nursing care and services per resident plans, with weekly pay and flexible shifts.

You will assist residents with daily living activities, respond to calls, document care actions, and safeguard privacy under HIPAA guidelines. CPR certification is encouraged; senior living experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Current certification, CPR not required
• Senior living experience preferred, not required
• Lift up to 25–50 pounds; ability to sit, stand, bend and walk regularly

Responsibilities

• Provide activities of daily living assistance (hygiene, feeding, etc.)
• Ensure resident comfort and respond to call lights and requests; report observations to nursing supervisor
• Document actions by completing forms, reports, logs and records
• Protect privacy and dignity by keeping patient information confidential; comply with HIPAA and related laws
