Job summary

Kobelco Aluminum Products and Extrusions in Bowling Green, KY is seeking a Material Handler to support production by moving materials, loading and unloading scrap, and keeping the work area safe and organized. You will operate forklifts and combi lifts, follow FIFO, and document production steps to ensure accurate material flow on the shop floor.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or equivalent, 2–3 years of manufacturing experience, and forklift/combi-lift skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and combi lifts safely to transport materials.
• Load and unload scrap bins, bundles, racks, carts, and ovens.
• Follow production instructions and maintain material flow (FIFO).
• Inspect materials and report defects to Quality or leadership.
• Label, bundle, and rack extrusions per instructions.
• Complete required production and packing documentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

What You’ll Do

Requirements

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to50 lbs regularly
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with heat, noise, and moving equipment
