Job summary

Holley Performance Brands is seeking an Enthusiast 2nd Shift Forklift Operator in Bowling Green, KY. Starting pay is $17.49 per hour with progression and a 2nd shift premium. You will handle case picking, loading/unloading, pallet building, shrink-wrapping, and ensure inventory integrity, while maintaining safety.

Qualified candidates have basic Windows/RF scanner experience, can operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts, and are capable of lifting 40 lb. on occasion.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Able to lift 40 lb. on an occasional basis.
• Overtime weekends may be required.
• Basic experience with Windows applications and RF scanner.

Responsibilities

• Perform full/partial case order picking for replenishment and customer orders.
• Ensure quality control and accuracy of transactions.
• Load/unload pallets and cases from trucks or conveyors.
• Build product to pallets and apply shrink-wrap as needed.
• Maintain storage locations with cycle counts and inventory tasks.
• Follow safety standards of the company.

Starting pay is $17.49 with hourly pay progressions + 2nd shift premium.

Summary of Job Duties

• Full/Partial case order picking for replenishment, customer orders and packaging components.
• Quality control to ensure accuracy of all transactions.
• Loading and unloading pallets and cases from trucks and conveyor lines, by hand or equipment.
• Sorting and building product to pallets to ensure compliance to customer expectation.
• Use of machinery to apply shrink-wrap to pallets.
• Perform a pre- and post-equipment checklist.
• Maintain accuracy of storage locations by performing daily cycle counts and routine inventory maintenance tasks.
• Perform other distribution work functions as needed due to business volume and need.
• Adhere to safety standards set forth by our company.

Work Experience

• Basic experience using window-based applications, which is required to use the R/F scanner.
• Ability to operate powered basic material handling equipment, i.e., electric pallet jack, forklift, order picker etc.
• Strong sense of urgency, attention to detail and flexibility in meeting deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong team player.
