Assists in developing procedures and training materials for students with emotional disabilities to ensure compliance with regulations.
Attends meetings as requested (inservice, workshops, IEPs) for information exchange.
Conducts workshops and training to develop skills and positive relationships with behavior-disordered students.
Implements programs under teacher direction to improve academic/life skills per IEP.
Instructs students one-on-one or in small groups and performs clerical tasks to support instruction.
Prepares written or audiovisual materials for conveying student information.
