Job summary

Weston Solutions, Inc. is seeking an Emissions Testing Specialist – Technician to support the Auburn, Alabama IAS equipment stores operations.

The role focuses on mobilizing/demobilizing testing trailers, maintaining inventory, and ensuring equipment, trailers, and supplies meet field project needs. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, experience with equipment maintenance and calibration, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to travel 30–40% to support

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical school training, associate's degree, or related education preferred.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with ability to inspect, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair equipment and tools.
  • Experience with equipment maintenance, calibration, inventory management, logistics, fleet operations, or shop support preferred.
  • Ability to safely operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment used in maintenance and repair activities.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate records, and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn equipment tracking and inventory management systems.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills with a customer-service mindset.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in warehouse, shop, and field environments.
  • Valid U.S. driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to travel approximately 30-40% in support of equipment deployments, trailer mobilizations, training, and operational needs.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and compliance with company policies and procedures.

Weston Solutions is seeking an Emissions Testing Specialist – Technician to support the Integrated Air Services (IAS) equipment stores operation in Auburn, Alabama. This position plays a key role in ensuring environmental testing equipment, trailers, vehicles, and supplies are properly maintained, organized, and ready to support field operations across the country.

Primary responsibilities include mobilizing and demobilizing testing trailers, preparing and shipping equipment for projects, managing inventory, performing equipment maintenance and calibration, supporting fleet and shop operations, and maintaining organized equipment storage areas. The successful candidate will work closely with field teams to ensure equipment is operational, complete, and available to meet project needs. The role may occasionally support field projects; travel is expected to be approximately 30-40%.

Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, and other compensable factors.

Salary Range: $41,401 - $54,261 - $67,017
