Job summary

Action Property Management is seeking a Full-Time Emissary/Access Control Officer to join Pacific Gate in San Diego, CA. Compensation is $23–$24 per hour with a Wednesday–Sunday schedule from 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM.

The Emissary/ACO will provide constant security presence, patrol common areas, enforce community policies, and maintain professional, courteous communication with residents and guests.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service experience in hospitality or luxury property management.
• Must be at least 18 years old and pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Polished and professional appearance and demeanor.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong critical thinking skills; solutions oriented.
• High attention to detail.
• Personable and capable of building rapport with residents and guests.
• Team player.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide constant security presence on the interior and exterior and respond to residents and guests as needed.

Action is seeking Full-Time Emissary/Access Control Officer to join our property, Pacific Gate in San Diego, CA.

Compensation: $23 - $24 per hour

Schedule: Wednesday - Sunday: 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM

• Under the direction of the assistant general manager, The Emissary/ACO is responsible for providing constant security presence on the interior and exterior as well as respond as necessary to the resident and guest's needs.
• The Emissary/ACO will patrol and inspect the common areas on a routine basis to ensure that access is controlled, enforce community policies and ensure the property is well maintained.
• The Emissary/ACO must at all times display a professional appearance and speak in a polite manner and clear tone, including answering telephones or addressing residents and guests.

• 6 months of customer service experience. Preferably in hospitality or luxury property management.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
