Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace in Minneapolis, MN seeks an EMI Test Lead Engineering Technician to support aerospace programs on-site. You will conduct EMI testing, troubleshoot issues, and drive process improvements within a collaborative team.

The role requires 4+ years of EMI engineering experience and hands-on use of EMI test equipment. You will work with the Engineering Manager and report to the Minneapolis site. Domestic and international standards knowledge is valued.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as EMI engineering technician or related role.
• Strong mechanical and aerospace electrical skills.
• Hands-on EMI test equipment experience (amplifiers, scopes, generators, power supplies).

Responsibilities

• Conduct EMI testing per DO-160 and MIL-STD-461 on aerospace products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes.
• Troubleshoot technical issues to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement and implement best practices.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality test results aligned with project goals.
