Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as an Engineering Technician or a related role.
• Experience with environmental test equipment and aerospace applications.
• Experience being a part of a team of technicians and managing engineering processes.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical systems and reading mechanical schematics.

Responsibilities

• Be a part of a team of engineering technicians, providing technical guidance and support to ensure project success.
• Run environmental testing using thermal chambers, humidity chambers, vibration tables, according to DO-160 and MIL-STD-810, on aerospace products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain and improve aerospace engineering processes and systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to maintain high quality and efficiency in engineering operations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices within the team.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality test results aligned with project goals and aerospace industry standards.
