UniversalAGI, Inc. in San Francisco is seeking an EMI & RCS Simulation Engineer to lead foundation-model development in electromagnetics.

You will run, automate and scale EMI/RCS simulations, build extensive labeled data, and deliver analyses that directly support customer engagements in a fast-moving startup. The role emphasizes hands-on execution with industry EM tools, collaboration with AI researchers, and ownership in a high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands on EMI/EMC and/or RCS simulation experience in industry or defense/aerospace programs.
• Fluency with one or more commercial full-wave EM solvers and validation workflows.
• Strong grounding in Maxwell's equations and electromagnetic theory.
• Experience validating simulations against measured data.

Responsibilities

• Design and run EMI and RCS simulation campaigns using industry EM solvers to generate high-fidelity training data.
• Build and maintain large, well-labeled simulation datasets across EMI/RCS scenarios.
• Produce analysis and deliverables that power customer engagements and translate requirements into simulations.
