Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Project Management, Industrial Engineering, or Business Management from an accredited program.
• Strong interest in building a career in project management, equipment management, or operations.
• Willingness to work in both office and field environments.

Responsibilities

• Support project planning, scheduling, and equipment management activities alongside EMG Program Managers.
• Monitor equipment utilization, availability, and performance to support operational efficiency.
• Assist with equipment repair processes, maintenance tracking, coordination, and documentation.
• Participate in equipment safety inspections to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Collaborate with maintenance, field, and operations teams to support equipment needs.
• Develop and analyze equipment data to support reporting and improvements.
• Present internship project findings at program conclusion.
