Job summary

The Bancorp Bank seeks an AVP for EmFi Technology Service Owner in a role that coordinates production support and incident response across onshore and offshore teams. You will oversee API monitoring, logs analysis, and vendor interactions to ensure service stability and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include escalation governance, incident management, and running prevention actions while partnering with Product, Operations, and Security teams.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in IT, production application support, or technical program delivery.
• 3+ years leading incident management, vendor management or cross-functional operational readiness in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate SEV1/SEV2 incident response and communications.
• Act as primary Technology contact for EmFi production support and offshore activities.
• Develop and maintain runbooks, escalation packages, and vendor playbooks.
• Review incident evidence, perform RCAs, and drive corrective actions.
