Sweetgreen is hiring a Shift Leader in Emeryville, CA, to guide the team, uphold service standards, and ensure smooth daily operations across all shifts.

You’ll model hospitality, coach teammates, and help deliver high-quality food and guest experience while maintaining food safety and pace during busy periods. This role offers growth toward restaurant leadership.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a Shift Leader or Supervisor role.
• Experience in fast-paced environments - restaurant, retail, or hospitality.
• Must be able to work at least 30 hours per week.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Clear leadership and accountability in food-service settings.
