Sweetgreen is recruiting a Shift Leader at 91st + Broadway to guide daily restaurant operations and lead a team in delivering exceptional hospitality. You will oversee shifts, model performance, and support team members to ensure quality and efficiency on busy days.

The role requires 1+ year in a supervisory position, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to work at least 30 hours per week. Growth into restaurant management is emphasized in the role.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a Shift Leader or Supervisor role
• Experience in fast-paced environments - restaurant, retail, or hospitality
• Must be able to work at least 30 hours per week

Minimum Requirements

• Meet all physical requirements for all roles within the Shift Leader career path, including the Kitchen Lead and Team Member roles
• 1+ year of experience in a Shift Leader or Supervisor role
• Experience in fast-paced environments - restaurant, retail, or hospitality
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks while maintaining operational standards
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location
