Job summary

Accenture is seeking an ambitious Manufacturing Systems (MES) Manager to lead Emerson Syncade MES design, configuration, and validation in a highly automated Life Sciences factory. The role sits anywhere in the US near an Accenture Corporate Office and requires travel up to 0–100% depending on client needs.

You will document MES configuration, integrate with ERP, support go-live, manage client relationships, and ensure GxP compliance.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience with Emerson Syncade MES in a Life Sciences manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of FDA and GMP guidelines.
Strong written and oral communication in English.
Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Understanding of Life Sciences validation processes and SDLC.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (min 3 years work experience; if Associate’s, 6 years).

Responsibilities

Lead design, development, documentation, and implementation of Emerson Syncade MES.
Design/Author/Develop/Configure Electronic Batch Records (EBR).
Implement MES solutions and integrate with ERP and control equipment.
Document MES configuration and validate EBRs.
Work with management and users to define needs and design value-adding solutions.
Document and analyze information needs and ensure MES solutions meet GxP standards.
Support go-live and hypercare activities.
Respond to client proposals and manage client relationships.
