Job summary

Decile Group is hiring a Resident to support Decile Capital’s fundraising operations, LP research, investment diligence, and internal workflows as we scale our emerging manager strategy. This is an execution‑oriented role with high ownership.

The ideal candidate is entry level, highly organized, and willing to work hard, including during peak fundraising cycles. Remote candidates will be considered with U.S. applicants preferred.

Responsibilities

• Fundraising & LP Operations: Research LPs and manage outreach pipelines.
• Dealflow & Investment Ops: Assist with deal intake and diligence workflows.
• Prepare internal summaries and briefing notes for teams.
• Internal Coordination: Schedule, logistics, and CRM/data accuracy.
• Drive operational improvements to increase fundraising efficiency.
