The role offers on-the-job training to develop skills in roadway corridors, multimodal networks, intersection layouts, drainage, and resiliency, using modern CAD tools while collaborating with an integrated services team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 0-1 years of professional experience, preferably related to transportation engineering.
• Experience with CAD software (MicroStation, OpenRoads Designer, AutoCAD/Civil 3D).

Responsibilities

• Develop transportation design and solutions for transportation projects.
• Perform highway design and multimodal corridor design.
• Contribute to drainage design and resiliency enhancements.
• Assist in traffic control development and preparation of design plans.
• Prepare contract documents, specifications, and construction cost estimates.
• Produce technical memorandums and reports.
