You will receive mentorship, training, and direct feedback from experienced attorneys who understand that becoming a lawyer takes more than passing the Bar.

Qualifications

• Active Texas law license in good standing is required.
• Newly licensed attorney or attorney with limited post-licensure experience.
• No prior attorney experience required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Motivated, curious, and eager to learn; coachable and receptive to feedback.
• Willing to take ownership of assignments and follow through; able to manage deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence.
• Assist with case strategy and litigation preparation.
• Prepare for hearings, depositions, mediations, and negotiations.
• Attend and participate in court proceedings; develop courtroom and advocacy skills.
• Work directly with experienced attorneys, communicating with clients.
• Learn how litigation moves from beginning to resolution and take on increasing responsibility.
