Job Description Summary
Lead the organization's Technology product evolution program to drive informed decision making across digital platforms. Design, implement, analyze, and communicate the results of pilots and continuous improvement efforts that optimize digital experiences and business outcomes.

Compensation Range
$110,000.00 - $160,000.00 Annual Salary

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute experimentation strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Build relationships with operational leadership and stakeholders.
• Lead with authentic communication, build trust, and influence teams.
• Create and maintain an experimentation roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Design frameworks to evaluate scalable technology solutions.
• Manage experiments with a data-driven approach, integrating findings into product strategy.
• Research emerging technologies relevant to strategic goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends and experimentation tools.
• Collaborate across teams to implement experiments.
• Use data storytelling to influence decision-making and promote strategic investments.
• Coach teams on experimentation methodologies and foster a test-and-learn culture.
• Communicate results and recommendations to stakeholders, including executives.
• Build partnerships across the business.
• Plan and execute digital pilots testing new technologies and tools.
• Establish testing protocols and best practices.
• Analyze test results using statistical methods for insights.
• Document business processes and improve workflows based on experimental data.
• Host innovation campaigns and hackathons to engage employees.
• Perform other duties as required.

Minimum Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields preferred.
• 5 years in commercial general contracting work.
• 3-5 years in digital optimization or experimentation.
• Certification in process improvement methodologies.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Experience with data analysis tools (SQL, Python, R).
• Knowledge of user experience principles and digital technologies.
• Experience with agile methodologies, including Scrum.
• Experience with business process mapping and managing pilots.
