Job Description

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive experimentation strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Develop strong relationships and partnerships with the operational leadership and business stakeholders
  • Inspires commitment through authentic leadership and effective communication - building trust, articulating a compelling vision, influencing without direct authority, and driving action across diverse teams
  • Build and maintain an experimentation roadmap with prioritized testing opportunities aligned with business goals and value metrics
  • Develop pilot structured frameworks to evaluate scalable technology solutions before full-scale implementation
  • Ensure experiments are managed with a structured, data driven approach and seamlessly move into the enterprise product strategy and implementation roadmap.
  • Identify near term emerging technologies and trends relevant to the organizations strategic goals through research, vendor engagement and industry networking
  • Stay current with industry technology trends and developments in experimentation tools and methodologies
  • Foster strong collaboration with operations, product, engineering, design, and other teams to implement experiments
  • Influence decision making and adoption using data and storytelling to promote forward thinking solutions and strategic investments.
  • Coach team members on experimentation methodologies and foster a test-and-learn culture
  • Communicate test results and recommendations effectively to stakeholders at all levels including executive leadership
  • Build trusted partnerships with changemakers and champions across the business
  • Plan and execute digital pilots to test new technologies and tools
  • Create clear hypotheses and success metrics based on user data, competitive analysis, and industry trends
  • Establish testing protocols, documentation standards, and best practices
  • Analyze test results using statistical methods to derive actionable insights
  • Document existing business processes and design improved process flows based on experimental results
  • Host innovation and ideation campaigns and hackathons, engaging employees across levels and functions to crowdsource ideas and co-create solutions.
  • Complete other responsibilities as required.

Minimum Skills And Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field preferred
  • 5 years in commercial general contracting work on projects in the field
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital optimization, experimentation, or related field
  • Certification in process improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean, etc.)
  • Strong project management abilities and attention to detail
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Strategic, curious mindset with comfort navigating ambiguity and change
  • Ability to work effectively with people; can negotiate skillfully in tough situations with internal and external groups
  • Experience with data analysis tools (SQL, Python, R) and strong understanding of statistical concepts and experimental design
  • Knowledge of user experience principles, user-centered design, and experience evaluating and integrating new digital technologies
  • Expertise in agile methodologies, including Scrum practices and working in agile environments
  • Experience with business process mapping, workflow optimization, and managing technology pilots/proof-of-concept implementations
