Qualifications

• MLIS or MLS from an ALA-accredited institution.
• Minimum 1 year in higher education with experience teaching information literacy.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Preference for experience with digital scholarship and innovative pedagogy.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in emerging technologies and innovative pedagogical practices.
• Deliver course-integrated instruction in information literacy, digital literacy, and research practices.
• Develop and support programs for faculty, staff and students in the Digital Scholarship Center.
• Promote information literacy including copyright and citations.
• Collaborate with LITS and campus partners to sustain services and resources.
• Serve as liaison to First Year Experience and other departments as assigned.
• Offer on-call research assistance onsite and online.
• Create educational materials and deliver workshops to support teaching and learning.
