Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.
Strong organizational, analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Provide insights to support technical requirements with internal stakeholders.
Install project software and files onto laptops and shared drives.
Work on a tracking system for inventory deliverables (i.e., CDs, O&M manuals, tools).
Coordinate the digitization of existing O&M manuals with third party contractor.
Maintain records and files.
Review equipment drawings and provide feedback to project managers.
Learn about engineering systems and processes.
Work on special projects and support with ad hoc analysis within the department.
