Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. seeks a participant for the Emerging Talent Program as a Customer Solutions Manager. You will engage with real customers on technical and business challenges, collaborating with Solution Architecture to drive AWS cloud solutions and AI strategy from day one.

Program operates in Seattle, with relocation after completion within the United States. Start date is January 2027, offering mentorship, hands-on customer engagements, and future field roles guiding AWS customers’

Qualifications

• Experience programming with at least one modern language such as C++, C#, Java, Python, Golang, PowerShell, Ruby
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders
• Experience communicating across technical and non-technical audiences, including executive level stakeholders or clients
• Technical depth in cloud migrations, application modernization, data & analytics, infrastructure optimization, security & compliance, or AI/ML/Gen AI/Agentic
• Experience managing a portfolio of complex, high-value workloads across industry verticals

Responsibilities

• Create solutions that address customer business problems and accelerate the adoption of AWS services
• Interface with customer stakeholders, including developers and team leads
• Drive effective feedback gathering from customers, distill and translate feedback into clear business and technical requirements for product and engineering teams
• Drive business outcomes through technology adoption
• Advise customers on cloud strategy, digital transformation, or Gen AI/Agentic strategy
