Job summary

You will drive AI strategy, partner with Solution Architecture, and learn to translate business needs into technical AWS solutions while preparing to advise strategic customers.

Qualifications

• Experience programming with at least one modern language such as C++, C#, Java, Python, Golang, PowerShell, Ruby.
• Experience with two or more of the following: networking fundamentals, security, storage or databases (relational or NoSQL), operating systems (Unix, Linux, and/or Windows).
• Experience communicating across technical and non-technical audiences, including executive level stakeholders or clients.
• Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, a Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, computer engineering, or related field.
• Technical depth in cloud migrations, application modernization, data & analytics, infrastructure optimization, security & compliance, or AI/ML/Gen AI/Agentic.
• Experience communicating and delivering presentations to customers, stakeholders, and/or teammates.
• Familiarity with Generative AI / Agentic AI concepts with the ability to facilitate strategic conversations on GenAI use cases, adoption frameworks, and business impact.
• Experience managing a portfolio of complex, high-value workloads across industry verticals.
• Must be 18 or older

Responsibilities

• Create solutions that address customer business problems and accelerate the adoption of AWS services.
• Interface with customer stakeholders, including developers and team leads.
• Drive effective feedback gathering from customers, distill and translate feedback into clear business and technical requirements for product and engineering teams.
• Drive business outcomes through technology adoption.
• Advise customers on cloud strategy, digital transformation, or Gen AI/Agentic strategy.
• A Day in the Life activities emphasize customer engagement and practical experience with AWS services.
