• Manage team performance, development plans, and disciplinary actions to ensure engagement and results.
• Support Pharmacy during busy periods, including acting as a pharmacy technician when needed.
• Communicate regularly with the team and help plan store strategy.
• Promote safety, compliance with laws, and adherence to company policies.
