Job summary

Qualifications

• Leads and manages store team, including recruitment, hiring, and performance management.
• Ensures merchandising, asset protection, and profitability of the store.
• Supports Store Manager and operates in their absence to meet company deliverables.
• Oversees scheduling, time records, and coverage to ensure optimal team performance.
