Walgreens in Philadelphia is seeking an experienced Store Operations Leader to supervise customer service associates, front-end operations, and pharmacy support. You will partner with the Store Manager to run daily store activities, drive sales, and ensure compliance with company policies.

You will recruit, train, coach, and discipline team members, manage scheduling, and monitor store performance metrics to deliver excellent customer experiences and profitable results.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent supervisory experience.
• Completion of Walgreens Community Internship Program acceptable.
• High School Diploma/GED plus two years supervisory experience.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises customer service associates and designated hitters; oversees front end and pharmacy operations.
• Leads and manages store team members including recruitment, performance management, and discipline.
• Supports Store Manager with operations and achieving company deliverables.
• Ensures store assets protection, merchandising, and profitability.
