Job summary

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma or equivalent required; technical coursework a plus.
• Experience in automotive aftermarket or willingness to learn automotive basics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee opening/closing routines and cash reconciliation.
• Lead and coach store team to meet sales, inventory, and service goals.
• Monitor store metrics such as sales, inventory accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
• Handle scheduling, compliance documents, and basic P&L awareness.
• Provide hands-on support for counter sales, receiving, stocking, and delivery coordination.
