Emerging Store Manager - Walgreens

Join us to apply for the Emerging Store Manager role at Walgreens.

Responsibilities include supervising customer service associates, managing the front end of the store, and making recommendations on pharmacy and retail operations. Supports the Store Manager in overall store management, including merchandising, asset protection, and sales growth.

Leads and manages store team members, including recruitment, hiring, performance management, and discipline, to ensure team engagement and performance.

Customer Experience
  • Engages customers, resolves complaints, and models customer service best practices.
  • Monitors and coaches team members to improve customer service metrics.
Operations
  • Supervises daily store operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and safety compliance.
  • Collaborates with external partners and supports community outreach efforts.
Business Performance Management
  • Analyzes financial and performance data to create improvement plans.
  • Supports pharmacy operations during busy periods.
People & Performance Management
  • Leads and develops team members, manages performance, and builds talent pipelines.

  • Completes required training programs and maintains necessary certifications.
Qualifications
