Job summary

Walgreens is seeking an experienced retail leader in Texas to supervise customer service associates and front-end/store operations, including pharmacy and retail store performance. This role supports the Store Manager and may assume duties in their absence, with a schedule that may extend evenings and weekends.

You will recruit, hire, coach, and discipline team members, analyze financial data, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with applicable laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Walgreens Internship; or HS diploma with 2 years supervisory experience.
• Leadership abilities with professional ethics, communication skills and business acumen.
• Completion of LEAP training or willingness to complete Walgreens Leadership Essentials within 12 weeks.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English; willingness to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor store team to achieve company deliverables.
• Oversee front-end and pharmacy operations; supervise scheduling and shifts.
• Analyze performance data and drive store improvements.
