Job summary

Circle K is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily store operations at the Kingsland location. You will supervise staff, manage scheduling, training, and ensure top-tier customer service while maintaining store standards and financial performance.

Ideal candidates will have retail experience, strong leadership, English communication skills, and a valid driver's license. This role involves indoor and outdoor site duties, including coordination with suppliers and management meetings.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train for equipment/tools listed in CSR/ASM duties.
• Ability to supervise CSR and ASM functions.
• Ability to use computer for reports, inventory control, cash control, counseling notices, etc.
• A valid driver’s license and transportation to meetings.
• Ability to communicate (orally and in writing) in English.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Develop, manage and assign tasks appropriately to ensure the site is clean, stocked, organized and well kept per Company standards.
• Maintain a professional and supportive image among subordinates and supervisor.
• Schedule employees within Company guidelines to maximize customer service and maintain site image.
• Manage and supervise store employees to ensure reports due are completed accurately and timely.
