Qualifications

• Ability to supervise and manage the functions listed in the CSR and ASM job descriptions.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Develop, manage and assign tasks to keep the site clean, stocked and well kept.
• Schedule employees to maximize customer service within guidelines.
• Maintain professional image among staff and management and drive safety compliance.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize profits and implement action plans.
