Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a solid academic record or Walgreens internship or high school diploma/GED with two years of supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated leadership, professional ethics, self-motivation, and strong business acumen.
• Completion of Store Manager training LEAP or willingness to complete Walgreens Leadership Essentials within 12 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Supervises customer service associates and designated hitters; manages front end of the store and Pharmacy/Retail operations.
• Supports Store Manager to achieve company deliverables and coordinates store activities in their absence.
• Leads recruitment, hiring, performance management, and discipline of direct reports.
• Monitors customer service metrics and coaches team to improve the customer experience.
• Oversees store cash handling, inventory, merchandising, and compliance with policies and laws.
