Job summary

Astrion is seeking a Junior Program Manager to support the Air Force Intranet Control (AFINC) program, located at Hanscom AFB, MA. This full-time role within the AFLCMC/HNI division requires a Secret clearance and BA/BS degree, with 3 years of DoD experience or 5 years with certification.

Salary range is $75-$85k annually. Responsibilities include planning, analysis, and coordination of system acquisitions, developing program documentation, and supporting program reviews for senior management

Qualifications

BA/BS degree required.
3 years of directly related DoD experience or
5 years with proper certification.
MUST have an active US security clearance.

Responsibilities

Plan, research, analyze, and assess system acquisition in terms of development, production, and deployment of weapons systems and associated equipment and formulate plans and recommendations.
Support and develop acquisition reports, including statutory and regulatory reports.
Support program management reviews, senior level meetings, and IMP/IMS reviews.
Support and develop program status briefings and schedules for senior management.
Support development of program documentation such as POM inputs, communication plans, contract docs, meeting minutes, program briefings, and regulatory documents.
Support program monitoring activities: tracking CDRLs, documentation review, status updates, and reporting; coordinate with stakeholders and run program meetings.
