Job summary

Crawford Electric Supply, part of the Sonepar family, is launching a 12-month Emerging Professionals (STEP) program in Houston, TX. You’ll rotate through warehouse/logistics, inside sales, projects, marketing, and outside sales while receiving mentorship and hands-on experience across the business.

The program emphasizes performance, people, customers and sustainability, beginning in June 2026 with opportunities to present initiatives to our Executive Leadership team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, Sales, Marketing or related field; GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred

Responsibilities

• Rotational program across Warehouse/Logistics, Inside Sales/Counter, Projects & Quotations, Marketing/Digital Solutions/E‑Commerce, and Outside Sales/Specialty Track
• Participate in on‑the‑job training, e‑learning, SME training and residency trips
• Present key strategic initiatives to Executive Leadership at program end

What You'll Do

The Sonepar Training for Emerging Professionals Program (STEP) is a (12-Month) dynamic, intensive rotational program designed to educate, train, and develop skills in emerging professionals and help establish your career. You will get hands on experience in every aspect of our business through on-the-job, e-learning, subject matter expert training, and residency trips. This rotational program includes exposure to site and corporate operations, sales strategies, processes, procurement, project management, E-Commerce, and the Sonepar USA and our Operating Companies' business philosophy. At the conclusion of this dynamic program, you will have the opportunity to present to our Executive Leadership team on key strategic organizational initiatives.

What You Bring

• A Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or related degree preferred


• Minimum GPA of 3.0


• Possess an enthusiastic/self-starter attitude


• Excellent communication, time management, and leadership skills


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


• Flexible and adaptable team player
