Job summary

Community Bank, N.A., part of Community Financial System, Inc., seeks a seasoned analyst to support the Investment Policy Committee, helping manage portfolios and perform research across equities, fixed income, and funds.

You will build Excel models, track statistics, prepare RFPs and presentations, and ensure compliance with applicable laws; the role requires 5+ years in an admin or accounting position and a Bachelor's in Finance/Economics/Accounting. Bloomberg familiarity is needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting required.
• Knowledge of financial/brokerage industry a plus.
• Applicants must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Support the Investment Policy Committee in portfolio management processes.
• Conduct research into mutual funds, ETFs, fixed-income securities and stocks.
• Build and maintain financial models in Excel; track investment statistics.
• Prepare RFPs and client-facing publications; prepare ad hoc reports.
• Utilize PMS (Orion) for client reporting and maintain deal books for investment strategies.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, internal controls and training requirements.
• Assist Nottingham Advisors team to help the Bank achieve its goals.
