Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist in safe, accurate dispensing of patient orders by performing data entry, counting medications and performing double checks.
• Provide excellent patient care through counseling, problem solving and Engaging with patients.
• Adhere to all company, state and federal policies, laws and regulations.
• Maintain a clean, sterile work environment to meet government requirements.
• Review service and business metrics and assist in action plans to improve outcomes.
• Manage inventory by placing online orders, adjusting reorder points, and assisting with physical inventories.
• Support the pharmacy team through delegation of tasks and efficient use of supplies and equipment.
• Assist in mentoring new team members and participating in community outreach programs.
