Job summary

You will contribute to service-focused pharmacy operations, help manage prescriptions, and support team members to achieve patient and company outcomes. This internship emphasizes practical experience in a community pharmacy setting.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent and current enrollment in an ACPE-accredited pharmacy degree program.
• Active in-state Pharmacy Intern License.
• 0 to 6 months experience preferred.
• Lifting up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintain proper inventory levels by submitting online orders and adjusting order points and quantities.
• Maintain a neat work environment to meet company and government requirements.
• File written prescriptions daily.
• Assist team members to ensure the department runs efficiently.
• Review service and business metrics and assist in action plans to improve outcomes.
• Assist in the execution of company initiatives and programs.
