Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of financial markets, credit analysis, and accounting principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to create compelling presentations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex concepts clearly.
• Strong technical, computational, and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and take initiative in a fast‑paced environment.
• Demonstrated commitment to client satisfaction and relationship building.
• Willingness to work extended hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in the preparation of client presentations, pitch books, and underwriting materials.
• Conducting detailed financial analysis, including comparable company analysis and capital markets trend analysis.
• Supporting senior team members in transaction due diligence, deal documentation, and internal approval processes.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders across Investment Banking, Corporate Banking, Credit & Market Risk, and Global Markets.
• Participating in client meetings and maintaining relationships with internal teams and clients.
• Monitoring market trends and regulatory developments to identify strategic opportunities.
