Job summary

QXO is seeking high-potential graduates and early-career professionals for its Emerging Leaders Development Program (ELDP), a one-year rotational experience designed to build future branch and operations leaders through structured learning, hands-on work, and mentorship.

Participants rotate across regions, gain visibility with senior leaders, and advance toward Assistant Branch Manager or Operations Manager roles after successful completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree OR 1–2 years of relevant industry experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Leadership and collaborative mindset
• Willingness to relocate or travel regionally for rotational assignments and future leadership opportunities

Responsibilities

• Drive operational and strategic projects end to end using data to identify trends, resolve root issues, and improve efficiency, profitability and customer experience.
• Share your insights with regional and branch leaders to influence decisions and prioritize what matters most.
• Hire and onboard new team members to build a high-performing workforce.
• Recommend process, workflow or resource changes that move the business forward.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders on forecasting, staffing, service levels, inventory health, and cost control.
• Engage with local associations and act as a community engagement ambassador.
• Champion technology advancement and process improvements aligned with corporate initiatives
