Job summary

Sonoco's Emerging Leaders Program (ELP) offers full-time positions that extend beyond a traditional first job, providing hands-on experience, coaching, and leadership development. You will work on leadership-focused projects while gaining valuable exposure to Sonoco's culture and processes.

The program targets graduates with a supply chain focus and emphasizes strong ethics, innovation, and willingness to relocate to opportunities such as our Columbus, Ohio facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management by December 2026 or May 2027.
• Previous internship experience (preferably in Manufacturing or a functional area).
• Proven leadership experience.
• Desire to work in a manufacturing environment.
• Technical aptitude.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in core development areas such as operational, personal, and leadership development.
• Contribute to project work and gain hands-on experience within Sonoco's Emerging Leaders Program.
• Be flexible with location and potential relocation to Columbus, Ohio.
