Sonoco's Emerging Leaders Program (ELP) in the Columbus, Ohio facility offers hands-on leadership development within global packaging. Associates gain technical knowledge, mentorship, and cross-functional experience while contributing to key projects.

The program targets engineers with internships or similar experience, expects relocation flexibility, and prepares participants for roles such as Plant Manager or Director of Finance in the future.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering by December 2026 or May 2027.
• Previous internship experience (preferably in Manufacturing or functional area).
• Proven leadership experience.
• Desire to work in a Manufacturing environment.
• Technical aptitude.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
