IBM is seeking an entry-level Leadership Development Professional in Armonk, NY. You will help design leadership development programs, coordinate initiatives, and support data collection and reporting on metrics to drive leadership growth aligned with IBM’s talent strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required inHuman Resources, Business, Psychology, Education, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and implementing leadership development offerings and programs.
• Support data collection and reporting on leadership development metrics and reports.
• Program coordination for leadership development journeys (workshops, digital bundles, mentoring, events).
• Coordinate logistics and communications for LD initiatives.
• Gather feedback to continuously improve leadership development programs.
