Job summary

PGAL is seeking a Junior Designer with 2–3 years of experience to contribute to a mentoring studio environment. The role involves working on K-12 schools and higher education projects, collaborating with teams, and participating in design documentation through construction administration.

Proficiency in REVIT, SketchUp and related design tools is expected, along with strong communication and a desire for professional licensure. PGAL offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field from an accredited university.
• Proficiency in REVIT and Microsoft Office; InDesign a plus.
• Skilled design with SketchUp/Rhino, Enscape and Revit.
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in professional development and licensure.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Utilize strong graphic and design skills on multiple projects in varying stages, individually and in teams.
• Involve design documentation through construction administration, project management and client contact.
• Work on project types including K-12 schools, libraries, police and fire stations, city halls and higher education facilities.
